Services
Four services, and they are not interchangeable. The most useful thing this page can do is help you land on the right one — including the case where the right answer is a roof replacement we do not sell.

Roof Rejuvenation
Core serviceA plant-based treatment that restores flexibility and waterproofing to asphalt shingles dried out by Arizona sun.
Asphalt shingles stay waterproof because of the oils held in their asphalt binder. Arizona takes those oils out faster than almost anywhere else in the country: relentless direct UV, roof-surface temperatures well above ambient for months at a time, and a hard thermal swing every single night.
Not for: Roofs with active leaks or interior water staining — that is a repair, and possibly a replacement

A documented, on-the-roof condition report that tells you what you actually have — including when the answer is a replacement.
Most homeowners find out their roof has a problem from someone who is selling the solution. A knock on the door after a storm, a drone photo from an inspector who never left the ground, a verbal "you are looking at a full replacement" with no documentation behind it.
Not for: Anyone needing a stamped engineering report or a certified structural assessment — that is a licensed engineer, not us

The broader category — repair, targeted replacement, and rejuvenation — and a straight answer about which of them your roof actually needs.
Homeowners search for "shingle restoration" and get results that mean four different things: a chemical rejuvenant, an elastomeric coating, spot repair and re-shingling, or a full-roof cleaning. They are not interchangeable, they cost wildly different amounts, and the wrong one applied to the wrong roof is money spent for no gain.
Not for: Roofs where the decking is soft or visibly sagging — that is structural work, ahead of anything on the surface

Multi-roof assessment and treatment programs built around reserve schedules, board approval cycles, and documentation your community can defend.
A community with two hundred roofs built in the same eighteen-month window does not have two hundred separate roofing problems. It has one problem arriving two hundred times, on roughly the same schedule, against a reserve study that was written before anyone knew what the sun would do to those specific shingles.
Not for: Communities whose roofs are predominantly tile or foam, which are outside what this treatment applies to
