1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Shingle Life LLC (“Shingle Life”, “we”, “us”), Arizona ROC license ROC #TBD.

2. What this site is

A marketing and information website for a roof rejuvenation contractor serving the Phoenix metro area. It publishes explanatory content about asphalt shingle roofs and accepts requests for a free roof assessment. Nothing is sold through it, no payment is taken through it, and there is no account to create.

3. Not professional advice

The content here is general information about how asphalt shingle roofs age in this climate and what treatment can and cannot do. It is not an inspection, a diagnosis, or a professional opinion about your roof, and it should not be relied on as the basis for a decision about your property.

Roofs differ, and the only way to know the condition of yours is for a qualified person to physically inspect it. If you have an active leak, storm damage, or a structural concern, act on it directly rather than relying on anything you read here or anywhere else online.

4. Nothing here is a quote, a warranty, or a guarantee of outcome

No page on this site constitutes an offer, a quotation, a price, or a binding commitment to perform work. Any price for work on your roof comes from a written quotation issued after someone has inspected it.

Nothing on this site warrants a particular result on your roof, a particular extension of its service life, or a particular saving against replacing it. Where the site describes what a product is designed to do, that is a description of the intended mechanism, not a promise about your property. Product warranties, where any exist, are issued by the manufacturer on the manufacturer's terms and are provided to you in writing before work is performed.

5. Assessment requests and the work itself

Submitting the assessment form is a request, not a booking, and does not create a contract. We may decline any request, including where the property is outside our service area, the roof is not an asphalt shingle roof, or the roof is plainly not a candidate for treatment.

Where we do perform work, that work is governed by the signed service agreement between us and the property owner. If anything in that agreement conflicts with anything on this website, the agreement controls.

Please submit only accurate information, and only for a property you own or are authorised to act for. See the privacy policy for what happens to what you send.

6. Licensing

Arizona requires a contractor's ROC license number in advertising; ours is displayed in the footer of every page. You can verify the status, classification, and complaint history of any Arizona contractor — including us — through the Registrar of Contractors' public license lookup. We encourage you to do so before hiring anyone.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions.
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the service that receives form submissions.
• Scrape or harvest content for republication, or use it to train a service that reproduces it.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes anyone's rights.

We may block access from any source that does any of the above, and automated submissions are filtered and rate-limited as a matter of course.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, layout, and code of this site are owned by Shingle Life LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may read, print, and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Republishing substantial portions, or using this content commercially, requires our written permission.

Third-party product names or trademarks that may appear are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively.

9. Third-party links

This site links to external resources, such as the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and county assessor records, because they are genuinely useful to a homeowner. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind relating to the site, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

This section is about the website. It does not limit any warranty given in a signed service agreement, and it does not disclaim any liability that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website, including any decision made in reliance on its content.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, for personal injury or death caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. Changes

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with its “last updated” date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the revised terms apply. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
